About the data

How do these comparisons work?

Choose a city, ZIP, neighborhood, asking-price range or home size. We compare the residential homes recorded as active in our Texas coverage at collection time. Every name, listing count and asking-value total opens the properties behind that selection.

Total listed asking value adds the usable asking prices of the selected homes. Median ask is the middle asking price. Missing, zero and invalid prices are excluded from price calculations. Homes without a usable asking price remain in listing counts when no price filter is applied.

How current is the inventory?

The homes were recorded during the collection on 2026-09-19. Counts describe observed active listings in our Texas coverage on that date.

This is a dated inventory report. Listing status, prices and representation may have changed since collection. Confirm availability and current details with the property’s listing representative. This intelligence publication is separate from a live MLS listing service.

Why are some office names combined?

Equivalent spellings such as Exp Realty LLC and eXp Realty, LLC appear in one office entry. Capitalization, punctuation, spacing and Latin accents can differ while the words remain the same. Different branch and location names remain separate. Each property keeps its original listing-office attribution.

Agent entries use the name and office supplied with the listing. One person may appear through different offices, and different people can share a name. Names and office spellings alone do not establish a legal brokerage or a verified licensed identity.

Does a higher rank mean an agent is better?

A higher total asking value can reflect more listings, higher-priced homes, or both. These comparisons show who represents the recorded inventory. They do not measure completed sales, commissions, appraised values or service quality.

Use the homes behind each entry to build a shortlist and ask agents about their experience with properties like yours. Listing counts follow unique source listing records; a home advertised through multiple listing systems may appear more than once. Neighborhood comparisons use the mapped areas shown in this publication.
